These cute little bundles of joy grow up so fast, it’s important to capture them while they are young. Whether it’s a one-off photo shoot or you join our special baby portfolio programme, be sure not to let the time pass by too quickly. Those first few weeks and months they change so quickly you will never be able to re-capture that time.

First Steps is a unique journey which you may join if your baby is less than 3 months old or yet to be born. The programme allows you to have three sessions for an exclusive price of £75 (normally at least £55 for each one).

You will be able to choose one of your favourite images from each of the three shoots - these will be yours to keep and given to you in hand finished presentation folders after your third session. You will also benefit from exclusive prices only available to First Steps customers.

Session 1I would recommend this to take place as soon as possible after the birth. This shoot is all about the baby look - lots of close up work with an arty feel. Clothes are not recommended: it is best that your little one is photographed in either a nappy or birthday suit! This session takes place in our studio and is also great for parents to get involved with those over-the-shoulder, skin-on-skin images, as well as the baby in hands and so on.

Session 2 … should take place when your baby is confidently sitting up (usually between 6 and 8 months). This is the time for fun, colour and bouncy babies. It is also the time when brothers and sisters could get involved. This session can either be on location at your home or at the studio.

Session 3 Your child should be confidently walking now and I recommend that this session should be on location – at the local park, beach or elsewhere, should you wish. Providing the shoots take place in Felixstowe there is no extra cost. Should you require me to travel further, this can be arranged for a supplementary charge.
